It is a full ERP. Billing is the part you touch most, but purchases, supplier ledgers, stock movement, GST returns, customer credit and staff permissions are all in the same system. It just does not feel like an ERP — counter staff learn it in an afternoon.

Yes. Each item carries a warranty period in months and a type — manufacturer, seller or extended. When you sell, that is snapshotted onto the bill line, so changing the product default later never rewrites an invoice you already gave a customer.

Yes. HSN code and tax rate are stored per item, so mixed baskets bill correctly — an 18% appliance and a 28% air conditioner on the same invoice, with CGST and SGST split out.

Yes. Record purchase invoices, keep a ledger per supplier, handle purchase returns, and reconcile what you entered against GSTR-2B so input credit does not go unclaimed.

Not today. Stock is tracked by product and quantity, with brand, model number, barcode and SKU to identify an item. If per-unit serial tracking matters for your shop, tell us — it helps us prioritise.
