These terms govern your use of Sharthy’s products, including Sharthy AutoParts. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity of staff accounts you create. Set roles and permissions carefully — you control who in your shop can see and do what.
Subscription and billing
Sharthy is a subscription service billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime — there is no lock-in. When you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your data
The business data you enter into Sharthy belongs to you. You can export it at any time in standard formats. Our use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use Sharthy for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or resell the product without our agreement.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Sharthy available and your data backed up, including offline billing support for network outages. Like any software service, occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect.
