Sharthy exists to help you run your business — not to trade in your data. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you use Sharthy, we collect the information you provide — your name, phone number, email and the business data you enter into the app (inventory, bills, customer records). We also collect basic usage information that helps us keep the product reliable.
How we use it
Your data is used to run the product: generating your bills, syncing your inventory across devices, backing up your records and answering your questions through the AI assistant. We may use your contact details to reach you about your account or important product updates.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your business records with third parties for advertising. Your customers, your prices and your numbers are your business — literally.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and backed up on secure cloud servers. Access within your shop is controlled by the roles and permissions you set — staff accounts only see what you allow.
Your choices
You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). If you close your account, you can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
